He knows his job very very well and he explains everything to the customer and he doesn't rush. Penn Toyota should be thanking Tommy Kim for his outstanding salesmanship. Nick v. who works in the accounting department and does all paper work when you're purchasing a new vehicle. You can count on Nick who's honest with you.
