This was our first time at A Gates Facility. From the moment we drove in we were very impressed. The Grounds are immaculate, the personnel were all friendly, welcomed us like old friends. We were were greeted by a sales person right away, given a tour of the facility, then we sat down and were asked questions about our needs and wants. Tomas was truly interested in us and and matched us to the Nissan that fit our needs. The facility inside was spotless even at 7:00 PM. at night. All the personnel were neat and polished. We have not been to a facility like this before. This was a great experience. Every one bent over backwards to put a deal together and make this car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I would have thought that this should have been done a lot quicker as they knew we were coming and should have had everything all ready & set to go. The next question on this survey asks "Would you have preferred to write this review while you were still inside the dealership?"
