Although they are knowledgeable about the product that they are selling, however they lack customer service skills. Their action in no way reflect their words. They will tell you everything that you want they are selling, however they lack customer service skills. Their action in no way reflect their words. They will tell you everything that you want to hear, however when an issue arise you are pretty much on your own. I have learned a very expensive lesson from them. More

I will never come there again. My friends and family Will all know how awful my experience was. I will never go there to get a new car. I was doubted from the beginning. Questioned and re-questioned. I broug all know how awful my experience was. I will never go there to get a new car. I was doubted from the beginning. Questioned and re-questioned. I brought my car in because it was under warranty. I was called by Amanda and just told it was not covered. We can’t file a false claim and we have to prove everything. When I talked to Nick, he just kept saying that we don’t know what’s been worked on and how long it’s been going on. He told me that the technician did not find a magnet in the pan and after much back-and-forth and questioning the technician he found out the technician never even looked. After all the back-and-forth I ended up taking my car to go to another dealership. One where I will not be questioned like I am deceiving or lying or trying to pull a fast one, but yet a customer who is having an issue that wanted to get it fixed. I honestly have never been treated like this before and I was disgusted More

Everyone at the dealership was great. When I first arrived I met Colleen at the front desk, she was very pleasant and sent me to Service where Nick got me set up. I was lucky enough to have a little arrived I met Colleen at the front desk, she was very pleasant and sent me to Service where Nick got me set up. I was lucky enough to have a little extra time and had a great lunch at the Jeep Grill ( Great Perk). All and all a very good experience. More
