I shopped around on the internet for several weeks and when I thought I had found my best price I was prepared to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord from another dealer. I had been corresponding with Nick Poole when I thought I had found my best price I was prepared to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord from another dealer. I had been corresponding with Nick Poole by email & he contacted me with an OTD price that was $682.00 less than the lowest price I had previously found at another dealer. I went to the dealership on a very busy Saturday before xmas and he was courteous, friendly, respectful and efficient. The whole process with Valley Honda was professional and all business, no hidden surprises. On the day I picked the car up it was washed and prepped, Nick walked me thru the technical set ups on the car and spent time to make sure all my questions were answered. At one point he offered to have the car delivered to me if I could not find a ride to pick the car up, even though I lived pretty far away. He gave me 2 follow up calls within a couple of weeks. The finance process was also professional, no surprises, and quick.The dealership was clean and offers some very convenient services too. I would recommend him & Valley Honda to anyone. More

He was able to offer his professional input as well as express his personal feelings for the product (which I appreciated for his honesty). I never felt like I was being played or ripped off. I went to Valley Honda knowing exactly what I wanted: a basic model 2013 Honda Fit. Nick didn't waste time trying to upgrade me to the Sport model or sell me options that I wasn't interested in. We went looking through their used car inventory and found a reasonably priced vehicle. Nick said I could bring it to my mechanic and I had the car for the entire afternoon. Upon returning it, I received no negative feedback when I indicated I wanted to perform some further research before proceeding. That night I called Valley and negotiated a price over the phone. Such a welcome change from the old days of buying cars!! I fully intend to purchase my next vehicles from Valley, as I have always received superior service, whether it was from the sales staff or service staff. I constantly recommend Valley to my friends as I do to you, the reader. During the paperwork process, Nick was always available for reference as well as to keep us company as we moved to the next step. I liked working with NIck very much. More

Nick and the folks at Valley Honda did a great job working with us in upgrading to the new 2014 Oddysey. Went to a few Honda dealerships in the area and definitely liked this one the best.
