Nick stumbled upon us in 2016. He's a super happy guy who hails from Hawaii. That heritage is reflected in his last name. Karichkowsky. It's awful to spell, and probably not actually Hawaiian. Rumor is it's Polish, which also explains his happiness. The Poles are a very happy people.

Hi... dissatisfied. We are very busy right now, and we've already expanded our service department by 6 bays in the last year. We have nowhere to put more technicians. I promise that if we could handle more business we absolutely would, that's how we make money. We have more than 75 courtesy cars in service across 5 brands, unfortunately we do have to have reservations a while out in order to get people into those cars. We never recommend unneeded service. The only reason to recommend a new rim is if there's damage. And we will replace it with a manufacturer rim. I'm sorry that it was a bad experience, but the car service industry is dealing with a lot of time issues regarding parts and technician availability.

According to our employees, your first words to our greeter were, "Don't you move that f*****g seat." You then complained to him that Ford doesn't make adjustable seats before you spoke to Martin. We do things wrong all the time, and it's rare that we don't admit if we messed up or treated someone poorly, but I have multiple people who shared your behavior while you were here. Your complaint was regarding an intermittent fluid leak that has been happening since you got the car 7 years ago. When Martin suggested that it was a standard condensation leak, or a gasket that was a little dry, you called him vulgar names and verbally assaulted him. The reason he walked away was because he was so upset with the way you treated him. You said that 6 dealers haven't been able to solve your concern, and yet you've left another one without a solution. Best of luck finding a fix to your problem, but with the way you treated our employees, we would rather you not come here for that fix.

That's not at all what happened. We politely asked the greeter if it would be possible to not move the seat, no foul language was used. The greeter was the one who went on about the lack of a seat memory button, not us. The appointment was to repair an ongoing OIL leak. Yes, we have had a handful of mechanics look at it over the years while changing the oil, but they were not able to determine where the oil was leaking from. The last mechanic to look at it told us it was a warranty issue and we needed to take it to a Ford dealer. We then did some research online and determined it is most likely a leak coming from the rear main seal and that the dealership would need to drop the transmission, seal up the rear main seal, and replace the fly wheel cover. We contacted Ford Corporate about this issue and they agreed and said they would help us find a dealer to fix it. That is when your dealership was contacted by Ford to repair the vehicle. It is a 2017 vehicle, we have only had it for FOUR years. Martin told us that unless oil was dripping out on his face that he couldn't fix it. We have the specifics of what needs to be done, but he was unwilling to listen, and kept interrupting. There is nothing standard about oil dripping all over your garage floor. 6 dealers have not looked at this issue, you would've been the first to actually drop the transmission and look at the rear main seal as we requested. But we will never visit your dealership again. You get all of the facts wrong because you wouldn't actually listen to us describe the problem, which should've been in the notes and on your printout because I described it the same way to the very nice lady named Danny who set up the appointment.

You are correct, that is not at all the way I heard it. I can tell you that the greeter you spoke to is one of our most understated employees. He has no tendency toward hyperbole, so if he tells me you cursed at him, I believe him entirely. Martin is also very proud of the fact that he was able to step away. He gets frustrated quickly, and when I spoke to him just after you left, he looked very shaken. The only reason I know that there was a problem is because I asked him what had him so upset. Your description would not have left the entire staff talking about the exchange, would not have left our greeter talking about the shock meeting you, and absolutely wouldn't have led Martin to walk away from the conversation. I do remember Martin saying it was a 2017 car, not a 7 year old car.

No cursing occurred until Martin instigated it by saying he wasn't going to deal with this (meaning us trying to explain why the oil leak could be fixed after he refused a warranty repair coordinated by Ford) and walked away. There was no cursing directed at your greeter, he was given a message to give to Martin right before we left. It is very clear that Martin is quickly frustrated. He is also a horrible listener. Not good qualities for someone working with the public. Not every vehicle issue can be summed up in 5 words, but he wouldn't take the time to hear us out. He made up his mind that he wouldn't repair the vehicle after we'd already vetted the warranty issue through Ford. We waited 3 weeks for this appointment and took time off work to bring you the vehicle. So yes, when Martin refused to do the repair and walked away, we were frustrated also.
