Recent APPOINTMENT to have rear seat climate controls (recall) installed resulted in having to leave vehicle nearly three days. Neither PARTS nor TECHNICIAN were available to do the job on the appointme (recall) installed resulted in having to leave vehicle nearly three days. Neither PARTS nor TECHNICIAN were available to do the job on the appointment day or the next. No effort was made by the assigned service advisor to communicate the reason (excuses) for the delay. Several phone calls from the customer and intervention by customer's sales associate (Nick Asom) were required to get the vehicle repaired and returned to the customer on the third day. This is the kind of behavior for which I stopped doing business with Village Ford which is only 1/2 mile from my home. Your organization could be next. were necessary to finally More

Everything went good until I offered to put more money down and lower my payment. Cooke told me that putting $2000 more down was going to be a chore.
