I have been shopping for vehicle for many months. I admit I am very picky about the car I was going to be driving. I went to the 4 local dealers in the Louisville, Indianapolis area. When I came to an agreement on price at a KIA dealer in Louisville, they hit me with all these hidden fees I didnt even know existed. Naturally, I walked out. I went into the last dealership with a lot of insecurity and had very low expectations because I was expecting to be treated like the other dealers in the area treated me. To my surprise, they were fantastic! The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. He gave me time to think about it and understood my situation and wanted to work with me. They introduced me to their dealership by showing me around their service department introducing me to the service manager. I was very impressed and walked out of there feeling confident about my purchase. If anyone is looking for a vehicle in central Indiana area Carver Toyota is the place you want to go!
