Customer Service Had excellent service from Andrew when we went in and bought a new Outback. Very impressed that when we got it home it wouldn’t start (dead battery) a Had excellent service from Andrew when we went in and bought a new Outback. Very impressed that when we got it home it wouldn’t start (dead battery) and Andrew had a guy come right out and replaced the battery in our driveway. This although we live approximately 40 miles from the dealership. More

absolutely interested JJ listened to our needs and picked out the test car that coincidently exactly matched the picture of the sticker for a specific model on hand that we JJ listened to our needs and picked out the test car that coincidently exactly matched the picture of the sticker for a specific model on hand that we had selected before we arrived. The Forester met / exceeded what we had read. The most difficult time was phoning the credit bureau to get our "freeze" lifted so we could get the loan. Well done to all at Peninsula Subaru. More

Easy low stress dealer I bought an OUTBACK about 3 weeks ago. It has been a big difference between it and the ford Escape. When I walked in I was met by Sera, I told I was I bought an OUTBACK about 3 weeks ago. It has been a big difference between it and the ford Escape. When I walked in I was met by Sera, I told I was there to speak with John Zonker as I had been dealing with him. He wasn't in yet so Sera took over. The car I came to look at was already sold, it had been three days since John sent me the info. She went thru inventory found a comparable outback. We took it for test drive. Came back and bought it. Sera was great to deal with. She seemed really knowledgeable about most of the things I asked about. I have been back twice now and both times was great. Also in the first three days the safety system saved me once by applying the brakes (a truck pulled out of an alley right in front of me). Has warned me a few times. It also gave the waring two other times when cars were pulling out of alleys. Bad line of sight. More
