I will be down next week to have my running boards installed and to see about a cover for the tire on the rear hatch

has been nothing but a headache with more questions left unanswered. Amanda (who recently quit) told me that replacing the turbo in my 2013 Escape would 100% fix the smoke from my exhaust. After arguing that I already replaced the turbo, she insisted. She said the turbo would 100% fix the issue. Luckily I recorded the phone call because the new turbo did not fix the issue. So they ended up replacing the head too, free of charge. He head haf three cracks in it.. Wouldn't you know it, that still didn't fix the issue. It definitely helped, but my vehicle still burns oil, and smokes like a chimney on start up. We even put premium 5w30 in it, but I'm still having the same issue. I called the owner Mike Pollatta, and never heard back. They were not able to replicate the issue, and said unless I return everything to stock, they can't work on my vehicle. I cut the muffler off and have a blow off valve on my turbo. They said to remove the "tune" which just makes me question their knowledge of the cars they work on. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for engine repair. This Ford dealership doesn't know what they are talking about, and they are pinching pennies to save on labor and parts.
