First Oil Change for my 2018 CRV When I dropped my CRV off for the first oil change I was met in the service area by a very friendly and helpful person who took me to Nick Basile th When I dropped my CRV off for the first oil change I was met in the service area by a very friendly and helpful person who took me to Nick Basile the scheduler for mechanic Paul Deaton. In about one hour I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. I was very pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of Nick. Paul did a great job servicing my car and I will look forward to using him for future service. More

Two recalls performed in a timely manner. Service was scheduled within a couple of days. Nick Basile kept me informed by text and email throughout the process. A different problem required a Service was scheduled within a couple of days. Nick Basile kept me informed by text and email throughout the process. Nick was awesome My advisor was Nick, who came and found me when my work was done, and reviewed the results of the free, extremely detailed inspection of the vehicle My advisor was Nick, who came and found me when my work was done, and reviewed the results of the free, extremely detailed inspection of the vehicle that Technician Jimmy Lawson has completed and then, Nick walked me out to where my car had been parked. Very pleased with the level of service I received and I will definitely go back for my future automotive needs. More
