I didn’t make it home with my ‘new to me’ car today because there are a couple of things they are going to do on it for me but I wasn’t even sad about leaving without the car because I honestly felt like I had made some great new friends! Really, how many of you can say that when you leave a car dealership?!! More

Seriously, I bought a car without going to the dealership until it was time to sign the papers. Nick found the car for me based on my needs. I knew what I wanted, just a newer version of my previous car. I didn’t really even need to test drive it. So, he dug into the inventory and offered me a great deal. He made it easy to shop with photos and videos of the exact car we were discussing. We used the same for my trade-in. He took care of dealing with the finance department. With a handful of emails, two phone calls, a single email from each of us and less than 24 hours, I drove away in a new car. No hassle, little stress, and a lot of relief at finding the perfect car for me. Nick has earned my business for many years. More
