I have leased two MDX's and took my mother in law to exemplary customer service I have received from Ken Hicks and his staff at Acura of Westchester. I have leased two MDX's and took my mother in law to lease an RDX. The sales staff is knowledgable and they provide all of the information and then allow you the time to process it without the hard sales pitch. The service department is attentive, organized and extremely courteous. They provide you with a loaner vehicle if your repair will take any length of time and when you return to pick up your car you will find it washed and vacuumed! It is evident that Ken Hicks has created an environment where " above and beyond" is the dealership motto! Acura of Westchester has earned a customer for life in me! More

Nick was a great help to my wife and I when looking for a new car. I didn't feel like I was talking to a "car salesman". I really hate when salesman push you to do something you don't want to do or push you new car. I didn't feel like I was talking to a "car salesman". I really hate when salesman push you to do something you don't want to do or push you into a situation where you feel uncomfortable. I did not feel this way with Nick. He was very honest and that is the one quality i look for when talking to a salesman. I would recommend if anyone is in the market for a car go down and see Nick. He was very knowledgeable and worked with ease and precision to find me a deal within my budget. He suggested the ILX because he thought it would better fit my needs as a driver.He made sure that I was comfortable with the model we chose and gave me the time needed to explain the new technology package that came with the vehicle.I was most satisfied with my experience!
