Omar de Jesus was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole car buying process. The entire Staff was very friendly and attentive, they were able to answer all questions and assist us in anyway. Phil Pettus was Excellent, he really assisted us and kept us well informed from the day w were able to answer all questions and assist us in anyway. I have had nothing but great experiences with Kelly Ford I would not go to any other dealerships. This is my second car with them. At Kelly the sales staff is nothing but helpful, cordial and looking to mak I would not go to any other dealerships. This is my second car with them. At Kelly the sales staff is nothing but helpful, cordial and looking to make you comfortable. I want to thank Justin Decker for all his help and being so patient with me, picking me up when I had no way to get to Kelly and not being so aggressive because that turns me off and I would not return. Also I want to thank Nick he was just so helpful in explaining everything to me and making that process not boring and quick. I have to say Kelly Ford is my dealership to look for cars when needed. Brody was AMAZING. Contacted us almost immediately after I put a request for information in. We had decided to hold off for a little on moving forward with a purchase. He wasn’t pushy or rude, he was polite I put a request for information in. We had decided to hold off for a little on moving forward with a purchase. He wasn’t pushy or rude, he was polite and professional and didn’t make us feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle, even though we weren’t ready to buy. And that is exactly a week later I reached out to him to tell him we got the green light. Even still, I asked for quotes, and he worked on them and sent everything over within an hour. Didn’t try to make us come in to work out the pricing and negotiate, which was GREAT. A much different experience than we had at Tropical Ford out by us in Orlando, which had tried to play all the car salesman tricks and our experience was stereotypical. Brody was responsive and tried to make it as quick as possible even after we arrived on onsite. Our only issue was the 2 hour wait for financing. However, Nick was great once we got in there and finished everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for everything. You’ve made this such an easy experience, we’ll definitely be back in the future! More
