Their availability and ability to discuss, identify & complete the (INITIAL) concern(s) of vehicle owner was solid. However, the absolutely unnecessary, completely unjustified way the all-important, busi complete the (INITIAL) concern(s) of vehicle owner was solid. However, the absolutely unnecessary, completely unjustified way the all-important, business essential diagnostics (all of them) were framed was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, outright delusional (considering I hadn't even owned the vehicle until early March, 2023, and would NEVER have known that my previous vehicle was going to be totalled by a potentially-drunk, reckless driver, during torrential rainfall), VERY misleading (to the intended parties), and PROVIDED already-larcenous, definitively-criminal entities, who drastically WRONGED the vehicle owner --WITHOUT even being their trademark duplicitous-- WITH new elements to use as ammunition/leverage/substantiation AGAINST the Customer ... continuing in the same merciless, swindling, soulless frame they have revealed t/w the Customer from the outset. What SICKENS us even more is how some multi-billion $ corporate monolith, replete with their own very own, proprietary vehicle computer systems ostensibly designed for "safety" purposes, "CANNOT" (actually, WILL not ... pompously, self-righteously, lazily, UNintelligently & DISrespectfully) properly calibrate their own office tools, OR even take SIMPLE, proactive efforts to CORRECT their own bastardizations .... ESPECIALLY after said Customer had repeatedly expressed, to multiple parties, the intended purpose for making the significant expenditure in the first place. This company already SICKENS Me! When one factors in how NOOOO help -- no matter how logical, easily performed, cost-negligible, rightfully-respectful and well-deserved-- was even suggested/offered to the Customer, this organization not only FAILS MISERABLY, but should now be put on-watch for their treatment of less-vocal people than my very self. Yes, it would be HORRIFYING to learn of the deceipt, manipulation & thieving machinations they enact toward the elderly populace!!! I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall when New Babylon Hu$tle reveals how they fleece more and more $ out of "older" people, who are, quite worryingly, more "trusting" of others .. particularly trade "specialists." EVERY one of the dozens and dozens of Senior Citizens, whose health upkeep I have so dutifully been charged with (as well as all family members, medical associates, the BBB, and certain automotive circles in which I'm involved) WILL learn of the subterfuge, confusion, cover-up, responsibility-exemption and insidious treatment exemplified by New Babylon Hu$tle!!! LAAAAAAZY, DISfriggin'respectful, bereft of resourcefulness, Customer-maligning/endangering, etc. More
