There are three amazing Saints in the service dept, Ian, Nick and Chris! They helped get my new to me o4 Sienna "Silver" diagnosed and put emphasis on passenger comfort by making sure the cabin filter was r Nick and Chris! I arrived a bit early for my appointment. The man checking me in was extremely knowledgeable. Then Paul took over quickly with check-in procedure, as Fred, my advisor,was at lunch.
