Best Service Centre!~ The staff are always friendly and courteous at Mazda of Roswell. They keep my informed every step of my service with them. Nicholas Carrara is great. I don't think I've ever been to a car service centre and felt more comfortable - not feeling ripped off as a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars. I highly recommend Mazda of Roswell! More

Repair a recall on my Mazda 6 The service was good and the rental was awesome (Miata). When I picked up my vehicle there was grayish goop on the inside of my windshield. I initia The service was good and the rental was awesome (Miata). When I picked up my vehicle there was grayish goop on the inside of my windshield. I initially thought it was on the outside. When I tried to clean it off it was sticky and smeared. I figure it must be some sort of adhesive used in replacing the dashboard panel. Not happy I have to clean my car, after having it serviced at the dealership. Would have expected the mechanic to clean his mess before releasing the car back to the customer. My car was always clean when I picked the car up for past services. I also requested the car be checked as I am coming up on 100K miles. When I picked up my car, nothing was mentioned about the inspection or recommended service for a 100K mileage. This is the closest dealership to me or I may consider going elsewhere. More

Great service! I always get great service at Mazda of Roswell. This is my second Mazda from this dealership and get most of my services done here. First Mazda Service In addition to the service, I asked for a price quote on a fender repair. This was done in addition to pushing out the dents in the fender. Went in with several concerns, left over the moon! Nick was very helpful from start to finish and addressed all of my concerns (some of which had been overlooked in the past by other members of the ser Nick was very helpful from start to finish and addressed all of my concerns (some of which had been overlooked in the past by other members of the service team). He was very thorough and communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process (which made the wait much more bearable). He made sure that every question I had was answered, and every issue was promptly addressed. After my visit before, I didn't have high expectations for the service center. They did not follow up on their end when they promised to call me when a part came in that I needed replaced, and they popped a bent piece of the body framework back into place without explaining to me that it wasn't completely replaced. I returned because it popped out again while I was driving on I-85 in the rain at night and had to pull over to the shoulder of the highway and pull the bent piece off myself. I was clearly upset when I returned to the service center yesterday to get it completely replaced (which is what I thought they did in the first place). Nick made sure everything was done the right way, and I am now very pleased. Thanks Nick! More

Excellent Service team I had to change under carriage liner. When I went to spares Dept, he suggested that I speak to service so that they can lift up vehicle and di complet I had to change under carriage liner. When I went to spares Dept, he suggested that I speak to service so that they can lift up vehicle and di complete inspection and determine exact part needed This was done in 15 min. They gave an estimate, ordered parts, called me when they had the part and fixed my vehicle Great guys More
