I have been in the car business and have been selling Toyota's at Rudy Luther Toyota since April 2011. Nettie was wonderful to work with. I came in with a car in mind and she had it ready to test drive. There was no pressure to buy and the price on the car was very fair. Recently purchased a 22 Rav4 from Rudy Luther. I had the pleasure of working with Nettie, she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles she was selling. She wasn’t pushy at all with the sal pleasure of working with Nettie, she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles she was selling. She wasn’t pushy at all with the sale, she wanted to make sure I made the correct choice. She even came in on her day off to work with me! The dealership was great, clean and staff were wearing masks. Best off all I paid MSRP and they are not marking up cars unlike other dealers here in the state of Iowa. Well worth the 5 hour drive! I am so impressed with this dealership. I worked with Netti. She showed me the car and made the process easy and quick. I worked with Mike in Finance. He was honest, friendly and explained everything c Netti. She showed me the car and made the process easy and quick. I worked with Mike in Finance. He was honest, friendly and explained everything clearly. He even got me a lower interest rate than my own credit union.
