She went above and beyond the call of duty. She didn’t stop after making my purchase and handing me my new keys. Nope! She kept going! It was late. I was one of the last customers of the day and she still took the time to explain everything there was to know about my car. She cared about me even after the sale! Impressive! Sales rep Isaias Arias was great to work with. However, his finance department did not listen to instructions or requests and the bill of sale did not reflect what Isaias and I agreed on. The purchase happened on a Saturday but had to conclude on a Tuesday due to the finance department changing its mind on letting my son be included on the finance agreement. Also, they did not finance my sales tax as requested. The finance department needs to listen better and not worry about extra paperwork in closing a sale. More
