Exemplary Service During February of this year I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Nemesio Sousa at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth and I could not be happier with the serv During February of this year I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Nemesio Sousa at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth and I could not be happier with the service I received from both sales and service at this location. About 8 months ago I had decided it was time to purchase a new car and began the process of deciding which car I would like to buy. I saw Nemesio at this time and he was more than happy to help me look at cars and get a feel for what I would like to drive. Over the next few months he checked up with me and offered to help with anything I needed. And unlike other salesmen, he was NOT annoying in any way. I went in on a Saturday morning with my father to purchase a 2015 Si, Nemesio sat us down at his desk and pulled up their website and started showing me other cars as well, and suggested I test drive all of them to see which car I liked best. He pulled up a 2015 Civic that had no pictures, at first I was worried the car would be a beater due to the fact that there were no pictures posted. But Nemesio convinced me to take a look at the car and just see, and I’m glad he did because I fell in love! I ended up buying the 2015 Honda Civic and had all new leather interior and heated seats installed. I cannot thank Nemesio enough for being so patient with me while I looked for a car and also going above and beyond to make purchasing the car as easy as possible. He’s reached out several times since the day I purchased the car to make sure everything wasn’t going great and that I liked my new car, and when I told him about an issue I had had with my heated seats he offered for me to bring in my car that same day to have that issue resolved. I cannot be any happier that I chose to buy my car from Colonial Honda and do not believe I would have found better service at any other dealership. Thank you Nemesio for helping me find a car that I absolutely love!!! More

Exceeding Expectations I walked into Colonial Honda the other day looking to purchase a vehicle for myself and Nemesio Sousa was the man who greeted me. He walked me through the dealership and began to show me some of the vehicles I showed interest in. When I found the car I was looking for, he walked me through the various packages and trim levels available and took time to understand what I wanted out of the vehicle. I decided on a 2017 Accord Sport and I could not be happier! Such an understanding and hard working young man. 5 Stars! More

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE / BAD DEALERSHIP On Saturday, 10/7/2017, my Aunt and myself went into Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth, located at 225 State Road, North Dartmouth, Massachusetts. I spoke t On Saturday, 10/7/2017, my Aunt and myself went into Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth, located at 225 State Road, North Dartmouth, Massachusetts. I spoke to Salesman, Christopher Ferreira, the evening prior to our appointment. I spoke to Chris in length, Friday, 10/6/2017. I inquired about a 2017 Honda Civic Type-R, in the color red,that was advertised on their website, with a sticker price of $34,774. I expressed my interest to Chris in this vehicle. Chris and I discussed my trade in value, and we decided that Chris and I would talk the next day. I was strait forward about the trade on my vehicle. Chris told me he would discuss the numbers I was looking for, in regard to my monthly payment, trade in value, etc. , to see if the dealership could meet my desired payments and trade in value on my car. I spoke with Chris, the morning of Saturday, 10/7/2017, prior to my Aunt and I going to the dealership. I clarified to Chris to check with his sales and finance team about the deal I was looking for, as I exemplified, I did not want to waste Chris’ time, nor my own. Chris assured me, after speaking to his sales team, that he could meet my needs in regards to the payment, trade in value, and all financial details of the transaction. After I verified all the information on the Phone with Chris Ferriera, Chris confirmed it was pretty much a go. My Aunt and I got there at 10:40 am in the morning. We filled out all the necessary documents for finance, etc. We then waited for finance. After waiting a prolonged period of time, we asked what the hold up was. Chris told me “they’re still trying to figure everything out ”. As I was sitting in the red Honda Civic Type-R, another couple came into the dealership, and also inquired about the red Civic Type-R. As I was sitting in the car, that I thought was mine, in the showroom, I overheard the entire conversation between the couple inquiring about the Red Civic Type-R, with another Sales Associate, Nemesio Sousa. The couple were told that the Red Civic Type-R was not available, but the pre-owned White Civic Type- R was available. Nemesio then told the couple, the Red Civic Type-R was actually marked up to $44,774. That’s $10,000 over sticker. My Aunt and I continued to wait , and wait, and wait. Then we saw Nemesio Sousa - Sales Associate, sitting in the Finance Manager’s Office, with the couple , as the Finance Manager/ Vehicle Exchange Manager - Mike Rowe, was ironing out the details of Our deal with the Bank. Nemesio Sousa was waiting for the bank to come back with a denial on my Loan for the car. This charade carried on for hours, while my Aunt and I sat there waiting , and waiting. I was approved for the loan on the car. Mike Rowe came out of his office after 2.5 hours and told my Aunt and I , “Your Loan for the car has been approved”. Still, my Aunt and I continued waiting. I then asked Christopher Ferreira, our Salesman, what was going on. Chris, then told me, once again, “ they’re still trying to figure everything out “ Well, finally after watching my Salesman, Chris Ferreira, and Mike Rowe walking back and forth all day across the sales floor to the Sales Managers desk, while my Aunt and I continued waiting. All the while, the couple that expressed interest in the Red Civic Type- R , waited alongside with Sales Associate, Nemesio Sousa. After I was promised the RED, 2017 HONDA Civic Type- R, my salesman Chris Ferriera, then approached me and told me, if I wanted the Red Civic Type- R, I would now have to come up with an additional $6,500 if I really wanted it, otherwise the White , Pre-owned Civic Type R was available. All the while, Nemesio Sousa- Sales Associate, waited alongside the couple interested in the Red Civic like drooling dogs, waiting for table scraps to fall onto the floor. It then became clear to me, this dealership, the Sales Manager, Manny Ramos, decided to sell the Red Civic Type-R to the highest Bidder. My Aunt and I sat at Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth for 5 hours, waiting as this charade went on all day. We got there at 10:40am and waited there until 4pm. I have, never, in my life, experienced such a POOR display of Salesmanship in my ENTIRE LIFE. To add insult to injury, my Aunt and I are established customers of Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth. On November 22nd, 2016,we purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Sport that we paid, $27,000 for, and laid down $17,000, IN CASH on that car, and waited over 10 days to get it. Less than 5 months later, on March 15th, 2017, my Aunt and I purchased another another vehicle from Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth. I bought the all new, totally redesigned Honda CRV Touring model, that cost $37,000,with no rebates, nothing. I cannot express in words, the lack of respect, lack of courtesy and common decency that this sales staff demonstrated on this day. I cannot begin to tell you, how humiliating an experience this was. I cannot begin to tell you, that after dropping almost $70,000 within a 12month period of time, in fact, within 5 months at this Dealership, showed me Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth has NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY- WHATSOEVER. Colonial HONDA of Dartmouth, doesn’t even have any respect, nor do they treat their customers with common decency. I decided to contact the General Manager, Fred Vinagre about this horrific display my Aunt and I endured at his dealership. I sent Fred Vinagre, General Manager, an in depth, 7 paragraph email denoting every detail of the events and disgraceful behavior of his Sales Staff that occurred on Saturday, 10/7/17. Well, I was told that Fred Vinagre, was going to right this terrible wrong, CORRECT this disgusting behavior exemplified by his sales staff toward myself and my aunt, both LOYAL customers, that purchased 2 brand new cars within 5 months, and were going to purchase a third vehicle, in less than 12 months, after spending $70,000 in cars. Well, Fred Vinagre, General Manager, never even bothered responding to my email. Instead, he had some secretary call my Aunt , with some ham handed apology for what happened, and that they were going to make the situation right, correct the terrible actions exemplified by his staff for the horrific treatment my aunt and I received that day. Oh, they were going to give me the deal of the century on the White Civic Type-R....Bla, Bla, Blah. Well, that NEVER happened ! All I got from my Salesman, Chris Ferreira was the same old story, a laughable, horrific deal, they were offering me on the White Civic Type-R. My Salesman was Christopher Ferriera, who did everything in his power to keep the deal together as he promised. Well, Manny Ramos was the Sales Manager on staff that day, along with Walleed Shah, and a host of others. Chris Ferriera did everything he could to keep this deal as promised to us. The Finance Manager/ Vehicle Exchange Manager, Mike Rowe did everything he could to keep this deal together as PROMISED. Well, the Sales Manager, Manny Ramos, did everything he could to to stop this deal from happening. Nemesio Sousa, Sales Associate, just waited , and prodded the other couple to buy this car right out from under us. Fred Vinagre, General Manager did NOTHING. As far as I’m concerned, Fred Vinagre’s inability to take action; to correct the situation; to make it right, for a Loyal Customer, did nothing short of condoning this behavior, supporting it. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth. I also do not recommend this dealership to anyone Interested in buying a Honda automobile, or any vehicle from them, whatsoever. Isolated situations happen, it’s true. However, behavior like this, is the result of poor business practices, not an isolated incident. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Colonial Honda Of Dartmouth. I strongly suggest, you visit SILKO Honda, on Route 44, in Raynham, Massachusetts. When you go into SILKO Honda, ask for Sales Associate , Jason Constantino. He’s a fine gentle, and a great Sales Associate. More

Nemesio Sousa is GREAT! I went into Colonial Honda after I totaled my car. After being so depressed about my loss Nemesio did everything possible to get me into a car. Althou I went into Colonial Honda after I totaled my car. After being so depressed about my loss Nemesio did everything possible to get me into a car. Although it took months he didn't stop trying and continued to catch up with me month to month on the process. I finally bought a 2014 Honda Accord and I am in love with it. It is the color I always wanted and has everything in it that I need. He was very professional and made sure I left satisfied. If you need a car I highly recommend Colonial Honda and Nemesio! More

Customer service was through the roof! A+++! Everyone was super nice! We are so glad we took the 50 minute ride to purchase my new CRV! No dealer in RI would give us a deal. But Colonial DID!!
