Whether it's cars, apartments, or even a new phone - I feel sometimes that sales people can be a little pushy. I did not find that to be the case here, I had a great experience. The sales rep Nelson was extremely patient with me, answered questions in person and via email. When I wanted to take a day or two to think it over, the sales manager Joseph came out and shook my hand. He said to call any time, my business was important to him - and they let me be and think about it. I came back and bought the car a few days later at a reasonable price. I would recommend this location in general, as well as Nelson and Joseph. More

Had a great experience at Subaru of Wakefield - Nelson and his team were very professional and honest as we purchased our 2nd Ascent. Subaru of Wakefield is a much better dealership that I will recommend and his team were very professional and honest as we purchased our 2nd Ascent. Subaru of Wakefield is a much better dealership that I will recommend to my contacts interested in Subaru's rather than Planet Subaru who I will no longer do business with due it part to their lack of transparency and professionalism. Further Planet Subaru tried to charge me thousands of dollars more for same car than Subaru of Wakefield. More
