Nelson has been in the auto industry for over 29 years. He's been with Brewster Subaru for over 20. He is an avid dog lover, owning a German Shepherd named Mack. He welcomes all canine companions to our showroom, but be prepared, as he will play with them all day. Having been a Putnam County resident, his main focus is making our customers feel like family. Terrific people at Brewster Subaru- friendly and professional. Both myself and my daughter-in-law have been avid customers of Brewster Subaru for several years. I had to wait a while for my car to c professional. Both myself and my daughter-in-law have been avid customers of Brewster Subaru for several years. I had to wait a while for my car to come in, due to the supply chain disruption, but Roy and Rich made the wait and my leasing experience pleasurable and worth the wait. I also would acknowledge Nelson and my old friend Ralph, a former (retired) sales associate. In fact, I and my daughter -in-law, Laurie Brennan, have the highest regard for everyone there-sales, service and the shop. We've never had a negative experience with Brewster. My son Liam has said that he would be a Subaru customer, should the company ever produce a mid-sized pickup truck. In closing, I would certainly recommend Brewster Subaru to anyone who'd ask. if there would be a great auto dealership in my area. We're customers for life. More

I just leased an Outback, and both my daughter and wife have also recently leased a Cross Trek and Imprezza in the last six months. I am so delighted with Brewster Subaru so I went back for our third Subaru. Everyone who helped us was incredible from the manager Nelson, Patrick, Business Manager Rich Johnson, Sales Associate Robyn and Service Advisor Daniel Gomes. All of these Brewster Subaru people helped with every detail, were professional and knowledgeable, were genuine, pleasant to deal with, and just made my family and I feel valued and very happy we chose this dealership!!! There was no pressure at any time to make any decisions and couldn't be more satisfied with this and the last two experiences. I have and definitely will continue to recommend Brewster Subaru to my family, friends and anyone I know who is interested in Subarus or a great place to do business. In addition I want to mention how pleased we are with the service department too. Daniel Gomes has been so helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of.
