We have done business with Toyota of Rockwall a number of times over the years, and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The vehicles were configured as advertised and were priced competitiv times over the years, and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The vehicles were configured as advertised and were priced competitively. The personal service has always been stellar, from the sales person, parts, and the reception as well. People are friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned with making your buying experience a positive one. Nehemias Lopez, in particular, was very respectful, accommodating and genuinely committed to obtaining our vehicle from another dealer and getting it delivered to the Rockwall location, as well as orchestrating the install of leather seating and obtaining the floor mats that needed ordering. Deceptive sales tactics by the salesman. Kept adding charges (almost 2k) on top of the advertised car price even though the ad said no dealer add-on. First brought the Invoice showing $199 Kept adding charges (almost 2k) on top of the advertised car price even though the ad said no dealer add-on. First brought the Invoice showing $19999, When on their website it was listed for $16999. Once I asked to correct it, he went back and came With $16999+ $2000 add-on for some bogus package like tints, nitrogen etc. I was finally able to get it removed upon Insistence. All in all, it took 6 hours to purchase the car. Finance dept was unsually slow. Shady practice, Will never go again. More
