The dealership had the car for four days and fix the motor mount on it, but missed a broken plate.. the car ended up making extremely bad noise after 200 miles, and I had to return it the following week motor mount on it, but missed a broken plate.. the car ended up making extremely bad noise after 200 miles, and I had to return it the following week for another three days to get repaired. I am disappointing by the communication I’m getting from Neil, which is me calling always calling him. Then he tells me to drop it off there but they won’t be able to get it for two or three days, but he wants me to rent a car from you also which increases our cost. Why not just have me bring it in on the third day. I was pretty upset the second time I had to leave my car and also mention this to the shuttle car driver, who said the manager would be calling me. Never received any calls. Neil did work to get me in on a timely manner and I do appreciate this but I just cringe every time I have to deal with Sunset Ford. It is a fleet vehicle.. my company has over 5000 cars across the US that are Ford More

Neal was great to work with. I also need to make an apology to him. My car was in there for warranty work and he called me to tell me my battery was bad also. I honestly didn’t believe him because my battery was recently replaced somewhere else. He recommended I go to that place to have it tested, so I did. It did test bad, and was replaced under warranty. Took a few different calls to finally get a service appointment scheduled. Overall good experience.
