I was hoping to get some info about packages and, most importantly, to negotiate price without leaving home. Most dealers, e.g., Wayne Mazda, Open Road Mazda, didn't respond quickly and then resorted to old-school sales tactics, such as insisting that I comes to the dealership, meet with their manager, etc. Of course, the whole point of shopping online was NOT to go through that drill. In contrast, Neal Simon of Hamilton got back to me on a Saturday quickly, with full, responsive information and a price quote. After several emails we talked on the phone and the deal was done. Painlessly. Speedily. And at a fair price. I highly recommend contacting Neal if you're in the market for a Mazda. Alain L. More

He possesses all of the attributes I look for when purchasing a new vehicle. He is very professional. Secondly he is very knowledgeable about the product line and treats the customer in a friendly and respectful manner. He never exhibited any high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. I should also add that, since this was a new car for my wife, Neal devoted more than 90% of the time catering to my wife's every question in an extremely courteous manner. This also encompassed all of the financial details. I have purchased more than 40 vehicles over the years. Interacting with Neal was definitely one of the most positive experiences I can recall. The dealership offered a very fair price and allowed you to chose your own add ins rather than try to pressure you to buy add ins like the traditional dealer which created a very comfortable atmosphere. I went to Hamilton Mazda this morning and was greeted by Neal Simon when I walked into the showroo I'm in the early stages of purchasing my next car. I went to Hamilton Mazda this morning and was greeted by Neal Simon when I walked into the showroom. I told Neal that I would be test driving different manufacturers before coming to a decision but that for Mazda, the Mazda3 and CX-3 piqued my interest. He did an excellent job of outlining the features of each and explaining which packages were available on the trim levels I was interested for both models. Then, to my surprise, let me test drive the 3 and the CX-3 by myself on the neighboring streets. Wow! Very cool that the dealership allows customers to test drive solo. I love the CX-3 and it is at the very top of my short list. I can easily see myself owning one. I want to give high praise to Neal - he promotes and represents the Mazda brand flawlessly. In my 22 years of purchasing vehicles, I have never before dealt with a salesman who is as accommodating, personable, professional and no pressure as Neal. I usually cringe at the thought of going into a car dealership, but not this time - thanks to Neal and his customer-focused approach. If I do decide to go Mazda (which I am heavily leaning towards) , you can bet I will be purchasing from Neal. Just an all-around great experience! I highly recommend this dealership. More
