We recently made our second purchase from Austin Walden at Crown Chrysler Dublin. We stopped at this dealership a couple of years ago just to look, with no intention to buy. A couple hours later, we were driving home a brand new Jeep Liberty. Austin made buying my Liberty so easy. He took us on a test drive, spent time showing us all the cool features, and put the numbers together to make it happen. Ty and Dustin in the service department have also been excellant to work with and whenever I'm there for service, Austin always stops by the waiting room to say hello and see how things are going. A couple of months ago my husband decided that he wanted a new truck. He has always been a diehard Chevy man, but wanted to check out other options. We visted Austin and again he took us on a test drive and spent time showing us everything the Ram 1500 had to offer. After checking out several other truck brands, we returned to Crown to purchase the Ram 1500. I never thought it would happen, but Austin was able to convert my husband from Chevy to Ram. He absolutely loves his new truck! Austin is an awesome salesman! He is friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure and has a passion for his products and customers. I also want to thank sales manager Neal and Finance Manager Terry for a great experience and getting us the best deal! We are very satisfied with service we receive from everyone at Crown and highly recomend this dealership! More

I was introduced to Neal Linkhorn who put the figures together for me and then Nick Hinshaw did the financial part and I wanted a tow package and side bars put on and was lead to the parts dept where they showed me pictures and then to another section where I was set up for an appointment to install. Was told I would have a ride home and picked up when complete. I couldn't ask for more prompt, courteous service. I am happy with the deal I received and would advise anyone to buy from Crown. More

He clearly personifies the attribute of “Pride of Ambition” to be the best! My wife and I sought a purchase of a Jeep Wrangler for our son’s first car and had plenty of parental concerns and questions. We did stop to inquire at several other regional Jeep Dealers prior to arriving at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Dublin. We’re very pleased that we did! Jason’s conscientious effort to find the right JEEP with the desired configuration favorably influenced our desire to visit from Pickerington, OH. Although it was late and past closing on a Sunday afternoon, Jason even made sure that the tank was full of fuel by driving it off the lot to get it done. I had such a positive experience buying my first new car working with Jason, Neil, and Nick of Crown Jeep in Dublin, Ohio! I visited the dealership to look at a car I was interested in (2013 Jeep Patriot) working with Jason, Neil, and Nick of Crown Jeep in Dublin, Ohio! After agreeing to take it for a spin, I instantly fell in love with this car. Jason worked with me for 3 hours that night trying to get me the best possible price and going out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with everything my vehicle had to offer.
