Neal Bauer Sales Manager I have been at Pacifico Ford since April 2010. During my tenure here at Pacifico, I have been a Sales Manager besides being a Sales Associate. I LOVE the fact that I can make people happy by getting them the best deal on the best car that fits their individual lifestyle. Before I was in the Car Industry I had a career in the Restaurant Industry with my last assignment being the General Manager of The Spaghetti Warehouse where I worked for 18 years.

Mike Delia was an absolute pleasure to work with. He creates a no pressure environment and definitely knows what he’s talking about. I knew very little about Ford Broncos prior to going into the deal He creates a no pressure environment and definitely knows what he’s talking about. I knew very little about Ford Broncos prior to going into the dealership, but he helped teach me about them while still not pressuring me to get a more expensive model. Pacifico Ford , under the leadership of Tom Flynn , is the best Ford dealership in the Delaware Valley. My wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles through the years. Flynn continues to have All Stars - in S the best Ford dealership in the Delaware Valley. My wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles through the years. Flynn continues to have All Stars - in Service under the super Manager Paul Rubin and in Sales. He recruits talent like the Philadelphia Eagles GM. The new talent features my new Sales Rep= Daquan Fudge. He prompted my focus on my lease expiration in July. Now today I proudly tout my new Deal with my new 2022 Ford Escape. His youthful energy is enhanced with his technology skills with the new Ford features. His manager Neal Bauer is like the bench coach in baseball guiding his new star player Daquan. The finance team features the basketball player Bernard who scores with his remarkable computer pad precision in processing the deal. My wife and I did two new deals in the last six months with the best in Philly- Pacifico. More
