Great Service, Great People When my engine broke and started looking at new cars I must have gone to 8 different dealerships across two days to see all of my options. During my When my engine broke and started looking at new cars I must have gone to 8 different dealerships across two days to see all of my options. During my initial visit and test drive, Naz was not only knowledgeable and informative but overall pleasant to converse with. He was not pushy but only wanted to make sure I could make an informed choice in finding my new car. When I finally came back to make my purchase, he was again very pleasant to work with as we navigated the paperwork. It made a notoriously painful process much much better and I'm grateful to have had someone so easy to be around. And he got me a great deal to boot! I hope my new car lasts me a long long but I would come back to Heritage or work with Naz again in a heartbeat. Thanks for all your help! More

I haven’t bought a car in 17 years and I really needed someone who could be patient and informative. Naz exceeded my expectations and of course I ended up purchasing the car of my dreams. Thank you, Naz. But there were others at Heritage that stepped up to the plate as well. Alexis was kind and thoughtful. She brought me water a couple of different times and seemed to know intuitively when I needed to see a smiling face. She also sat with me in the car to help me with all the new gadgets I haven’t been used to. Again, she made my time so much easier. Lisa was a tremendous help with the financing. She really knows her job and I’m glad she does because I had no idea about these kinds of new financing arrangements. Finally, manager Steve was just very pleasant and I never felt like I was being pushed into buying a car. He seemed to make it all seem so natural and this contributed to my feeling of comfort at Heritage. More

Quick, affordable and caring customer service! I recently leased the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta SE on January 19th. I had no intention of getting a car that day because I did not have as much money save I recently leased the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta SE on January 19th. I had no intention of getting a car that day because I did not have as much money saved up as I would have liked to for a down payment but I wanted to have an idea of what car I wanted. After visiting multiple car dealerships in the area to explore my options, I made a final stop at Heritage Volkswagen Catonsville. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and automatically felt a different vibe at this dealership in contrast to the previous ones that I had visited. At the other places, I did not feel like anyone really cared that much to help and really see what I wanted. Some salespeople were very pushy and did make it seem like they actually cared for my business and I did not experience this at my last stop. Naz Islam sat down with my boyfriend and I and explained my options for cars. He was very honest and caring and took the time to explain different features and payment options as well as making sure I understood everything he was telling me. After test driving and falling in love with the Jetta SE I was super excited that I finally knew what car I wanted to get. He then sold me on leasing the vehicle and I left that night with a brand new car. I can't thank him enough for his patience while dealing with me and my indecisiveness. Everyone at this dealership is kind and welcoming which is important when you're trying to sell to people. I will definitely recommend Naz and this dealership to other people that I know who are in the market for a new car. I had a great experience and would definitely come back.
