Good Job The dealership found the exact car we wanted -- had it on their property in less that 24 hours. There was some confusion/trouble with transferring The dealership found the exact car we wanted -- had it on their property in less that 24 hours. There was some confusion/trouble with transferring a hitch from the trade in to the new vehicle but the Sales Manager stepped in to handle things to our satisfaction. We would come in and "give them a try" for future needs. Good Job. More

Nathan Pitchford is a great salesperson! I shopped around for a hybid in a Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, and Subaru Crosstrek. Nathan really listened to what I wanted, and he found the perfe I shopped around for a hybid in a Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, and Subaru Crosstrek. Nathan really listened to what I wanted, and he found the perfect Camry hybrid with everything I wanted. It is so important to me that he listened well and send me comparisions of the Camry with the two other makes. I really appreciated that Nathan never put any pressure on me to select the Camry Hybrid, but he just pointed out how it excelled over the others with facts. My last Camry lasted 14 years, so buying a car doesn't happen often. I would advise anyone to try to work with Nathan for a great experience. More

Extra Effort Goes A Long Way @ Fusz I recently purchased a 2015 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkwood. My primary salesperson Dominic Buscher worked with me as long as needed during I recently purchased a 2015 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkwood. My primary salesperson Dominic Buscher worked with me as long as needed during my search for the right vehicle. This was a surprise birthday gift for my husband so it had to be perfect. Dominic was very communicative, very willing to present new options, and eventually led me to the new vehicle purchase that has all the exact features I was looking for. I attempted my search with 3 other local Toyota dealerships as well and none compared to the excellent job Dominic and his team did to help me secure my new vehicle. Thank you Fusz for the great experience! More

Rav4 Rocks!!!!!! This was my first Lou Fusz experience!! I was in the market for a new Rav4 and my situation was a little tricky but Eric Gustafson got the deal done! Excellent deal, very easy and fast. This was my first experience in buying a new car and it was a great one. Kris made everything very easy and wasted no time. I think we made it clear we were ready to buy a vehicle, Kris recognized that and was willing to work with us, thus making the negotiations painless. I would most definitely recommend Kris to my friends who are looking to buy a vehicle. Bill was also very helpful on the financial side of the process.
