Terrible Customer Service This dealership has the worst level of customer service of any business that I have ever been in contact with. I went into the dealership with a car p This dealership has the worst level of customer service of any business that I have ever been in contact with. I went into the dealership with a car picked out and ready to purchase after the help of a dealer from another location. The car happened to come with additional warranties which I would only receive purchasing from this location so I was referred to Jeff Strum to complete this process. I was in late on a Friday and had a rate picked out with my bank for a set amount, they did not want to negotiate at all so I agreed to allow them to check for a matched rate with their other lenders and left being told that I would be called Saturday morning with information. I was called TUESDAY by my bank to congratulate me on the purchase of my new car. I then informed them that I had not purchased anything at which point my bank had to look into the issue. I called and left multiple voice mails for Jeff to call me back as well as left word with another employee to have him call me. I did not ever receive that call and was lucky on Wednesday to catch him when I called again and by this point my bank had already informed me that the loan had been approved and word had been sent to them as though I had closed the deal. I had to inform Jeff that my loan was approved and since he was unaware of what was happening he planned to have someone else call me back. I did not hear back until the end of the day to find out that additional paperwork was needed at the bank to complete the approval and I would have to wait until the next day for a call. I did not hear back AGAIN from the dealership and was leaving the state for 5 days that evening so I had to contact Jeff and request information once again within the hour so I could make arraignments to pick up the car before leaving town. I was called back and assured that everything was complete and the car was ready at 2pm with no additional paperwork needed. I explained that I would be leaving at 4pm and over with my trade in to pick up the car. I was then called at my office at 3pm, which I never should have been contacted at, so they could tell me that they had "other appointments" scheduled and needed to know exactly when I would be there otherwise they would be busy. I again stated that I was leaving early to head over at 4pm. I was called at the office AGAIN at 3:59 and told not to come to the dealership because they sent the wrong information out to my bank for the loan. I called and tried to follow up many times that afternoon and received no additional information or help what so ever. I requested a supervisor's name from Jeff Strum and was provided a number for Nathan Pitchford who I left a message for that afternoon. It is now 7 days later and NO RETURNED CALL. I also called and asked for another supervisor and was told I could only leave a message for Phillip Fusz, but nobody knows when he is actually working or if he will call back. He, of course, has not returned my call either. I can see that poor management of this business comes from the top and I strongly urge anyone wanting to purchase a car to stay far away from this dealership because they will do nothing except waste your time! A superb "first-new-car-buying" experience (Sujin) It was my first new car shopping - which as you know involves much research, concerns, and time-consuming bargaining. However, the salesperson - Jim Donohue - made this whole experience a pleasant one. Jim quickly responded to my needs, made the whole process quick and satisfactory, motivating me to leave this positive comment on his service as well as of the dealership. I believe I got the best deal (I bought a new 2015 Corolla) both price-wise and service-wise. Jim's service excelled not only in the dealership (quick communication with me and his sales manager, created the best deal for me), but also afterwards when I noticed a few days later that the car did not have floor mat and emailed him about it - he quickly arranged the next-day pick-up of the new mats for me, which I thought might be refused since the deal was already made! He got it prepared for me without any extra hassle, which I appreciate so much! I absolutely recommend that you work with Jim if you are thinking of buying a Toyota car as your next car. You will surely have a good, crispy (without much sticky and often exhausting tug-of-war between you and the salesperson) deal AND a good service! Again I tell you it was a PLEASANT experience! More

I'll be back-Nathan Ptichford and Patrick McLafferty-Thanks! Background-I've had roughly 25 cars in 30 years....I'm a "car guy". I've owned or leased a vehicle from just about every manufacturer that one could think of. Granted I know Nathan Pitchford from previous experiences leasing vehicles, with him being the sales manager at a different and competitor's dealership, but I hunted him down because I trust him. When buying a new car, trust is monumental! I emailed him to ask him for the name of a salesman that I should contact at his dealership, which he did. I walked in and asked for him, just to say hi, and thought I would then talk with a salesman for further work when considering a Highlander. Nathan is the General Manager, by the way. He spent what amounts to an afternoon with my wife and I, and honestly, did the job of a salesman. Needless to say I was more than impressed because I was not expecting that-he's GM-not his job! We ended up ordering the exact vehicle that we wanted and were not pushed to buy something from the lot. The delivery process was seamless-that's where Patrick stepped in. He spent 3 hours making sure that we were comfortable with our new Highlander before we even stared it! I know Lou Fusz is a huge dealership or network of dealerships and one might think that it would be like going to the grocery store of cars, but the experience I had was anything but that-personal, and even though there were many people there looking at cars, it seemed as though we were the only ones there! Well done! More

Was able to drive to my wife's work so she could see the car and sit in it. Sarah stayed in touch with me, and I came back to buy. The numbers they presented me on both my trade and my new purchase were exceptional so I made the purchase. There were little good things about the deal. I was, for example, able to swap my carpeted mats for all weather. Chuck managed this. I was able to negotiate down the price of the service contract with Bill, to something I thought reasonable. When I came in the next morning to finish my new vehicle demonstration, Nathan did a great job, spending time looking one thing up on the electronics when the answer was unknown. Furthermore, because I really didn't want the aftermarket service contract as written, they swapped it out for the Toyota Care plan. Nathan and Travis took care of this for me. So, to sum up, great, patient customer service, and a phenomenal way of dealing with small issues that made me very happy. Thanks. More
