I c reflex back on all our blessings throughout the year. Yes, today is Thanksgiving! And as I do so, Nathan Ingram at Wellesley Toyota come to mind. I could say that the excellent and outstanding service at this dealership is the best thing since sliced apple pie, but this cliché would not do them justice. I suggest the Toyota Motor Sales, USA repaint Wellesley Toyota's exterior “gold” and add a “gold” crown to the top of the building! What stellar service we received from the moment we walked into the showroom and was greeted by a friendly and professional sales consultant named Nathan Ingram with a warm smile, firm handshake, and cordial welcome. You would have thought the Queen had arrived. I was treated like royalty, from the sales consultant to the general manager, Shaun Fisher, to the finance manager, Matthew Houlihan. I had not purchased a new car in many years and I was apprehensive with my little knowledge. This amiable reception assured me I was going to be in good hands. Nathan was very attentive and went up and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied in every aspect of my car buying journey. He was very accommodating and he "valued" me as a customer and my business. He is experienced and has great product knowledge and expertise and made helpful recommendations. He is an asset to the corporation. Nathan made sure that I understood the process and that all my questions and concerns were answered in a manner I could comprehend and feel completely satisfied. I’ve used the word “completely” a couple of times because his way of superior service was not to have his customers walking away wondering or feeling unsure about decisions. He communicates well and saw to all the details. I am “completely” satisfied. When I came to pick up the car, it had a full tank of gas and was immaculate. After the purchase he took the time to go over all the car’s features with me. And I have the reassurance that I can still reach back out to Nathan and not feel that with the purchase the relationship is over. My husband and I have owned a couple of Toyotas and my first car out of college was a Toyota as well. I am delighted with this upgrade to a luxury line. Because of Nathan's quality service, my family will stay devoted to the Toyota brand and especially to Toyota of Wellesley. We vow to become lifelong customers to this dealership and to recommend them at every chance. I have already started doing so. I’ve had several strangers admire my new car and I’m quick to mention Wellesley Toyota, my overall satisfaction with the dealership and with the utmost sincerity, I encourage anyone if they are looking for a car that I highly recommend, Nathan, and for them to call or a visit. We worked with Nathan Ingram, who was personable and helped forge a fair deal for the car we wanted. He also saw to several extra details to help deliver the best version of the car on the day we came to pick it up. The only part we didn't like was that they did not accept outside financing. I had never heard of this before, and we had spent considerable time and energy securing a good interest rate, which the dealership was not able to match. We now have to now go through the refinance process for a better rate. Otherwise happy with the experience, and I would recommend as long as the limited financing options are not a dealbreaker for you. More
