Service Advisor’s Nathan Baker and Al Tooker are exceptional in communicating with me. Takes entirely too long to get service done. Even with appt, 10,000 mile service took 3 hours and 15,000 service took 2.5 hours. This is my 7th Toyota and I always service with Toyota Dealers; and even w appt, 10,000 mile service took 3 hours and 15,000 service took 2.5 hours. This is my 7th Toyota and I always service with Toyota Dealers; and even when I just walked in for service, I have never waited this long. I think this dealer needs to look at how they schedule their service appointments. More

Excellent service My car received it’s 60K service by an exceptional crew. From the moment I dropped off my car, all my car’s needs were orchestrated by Nathan. I was able to view 2 videos on my car’s care, along with have discussions by phone. Free Uber drop off and pickup allowed for me to go home and let Toyota handle my car’s service. Excellent service! Quickly completed! My only complaint or disappointment was that I had forgotten to present my coupon at time of payment. My fault, I admit. I offered to come to the dealership that same or disappointment was that I had forgotten to present my coupon at time of payment. My fault, I admit. I offered to come to the dealership that same day before closing to have this valid coupon applied but I was denied because once the ticket is closed in the computer a coupon cannot be applied. My request is that the computers at Cedar Park Toyota be modified to allow the future application of coupons after the initial payment so long as the coupon has not expired. Not too much to ask in my opinion. Otherwise, I’m quite pleased with their service. More
