Promising me that Nate wasn’t gonna lose out👍🏼 After a couple of road tests, me saying what I wanted and what I didn’t want.... Ritchie stuck with me! Never ever pressured, just worked with me, bought me a Diet Coke and worked for me! All in all, the absolute Best of the Best experience I’ve had since my last purchase at this very Honda Dealer! I did not have a good experience with the financial agent (Amos I believe) -- I was overcharged / missed-charged numerous times while signing papers. I am not sure if that is a sales technique or just honest errors -- but it didn't give me a lot of confidence. I felt like I was getting ripped off. I bought two cars and these are my first two Hondas -- I am happy with the way the drive so far. Theyt seem to be quality vehicles. Take care, Mike More

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! My salesman, Nate, LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH when I went in to buy out my lease. I called, texted and emailed him MANY MANY times t THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! My salesman, Nate, LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH when I went in to buy out my lease. I called, texted and emailed him MANY MANY times to make good on his LIES and NEVER got a response. I also left messages for the GM, GSM AND OWNER and got ZERO RESPONSED BACK! It should have been a simple lease buy out and it turned into HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Now I'm more mad than I was before and I think my next call will be to Honda Customer Service Direct. I gave them a chance to make this right to no avail. DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING if you don't want to be thrown under the bus so they can make the almighty dollar. More
