DO yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle here for any maintenance work or repairs you will be ripped off and your car still will not be running properly car went in for engine work, not only to have any maintenance work or repairs you will be ripped off and your car still will not be running properly car went in for engine work, not only to have another check engine light come on 48 hours later. Then be told its another problem that will cost an additional $1800 yes thats right after paying $1500 just on Saturday! They were unwilling to make a deal to get into another vehicle that was reasonable fair to keep loyalty. I will be sharing with all my colleagues as someone who flys for work and works for a major company i will be sharing do yourself a favor find another mechanic shop! More

This dealership did not honor the agreed amount of my trade in. I have been trying to speak to someone for days with no reply. I now have to go to the dealership to resolve this issue. Have spent hours trying to get copy of bill of sale with vin number. Have seen car only and not driven. Insurance person was insulted because we have our own insurance and agent. Benny took over and is vin number. Have seen car only and not driven. Insurance person was insulted because we have our own insurance and agent. Benny took over and is great. Just too busy. Nasser just wanted us to test drive any Palisade. Wouldn't listen to our desires. May be walking away from this purchase. More

All of the employees at Brandon Hyundai are top notch. I am especially happy with the truthfulness and guidance Nasser gave me while I tried to narrow down the right SUV for my family. My only complaint w I am especially happy with the truthfulness and guidance Nasser gave me while I tried to narrow down the right SUV for my family. My only complaint was that we were there from 10 am until almost 5 pm trying to buy this vehicle. Granted, Benny did have to go get two of the Palisades I wanted to test, but in no way should it have ever taken all day to complete this transaction. I wonder if it would be better for Brandon Hyundai to build a parking garage on site that could have several floors. This would enable them to keep their inventory on site. I wish I could pinpoint the bottle neck, but I can't. Seems odd to highlight every single employee I came in contact with, but, then say it took me all day. This is not my first Hyundai. I would like to highlight part of the reason I returned is due to one individual in the service department. Abel Gomez. Abel is a outstanding employee. I always feel like he is upfront, and honestly has my best interests at hand. My Palisade has a small door ding in the right back door panel. This was not visible until the vehicle was detailed and brought up for me after the transaction. I immediately brought it to Nasser's attention and he said to text him to come in and get it popped out. Hoping my service agent continues to be Abel. More
