Had to get down to the point of almost leaving before the manger overheard our conversation. The young kid working the desk was not going to pursue any further action on the car. It should have not gotten th manger overheard our conversation. The young kid working the desk was not going to pursue any further action on the car. It should have not gotten this far, a manager should not have had to step in and ask if the lead technician could go ride and check out the car. I had already asked the young kid at the desk to do the same thing. And was told no-one was available, I would have to leave the car for another day. Also the young kid did not have the correct phone number to contact me and let the car sit for several days, he failed to check the phone number on file. Still up in the air if I will ever come back to this dealership. More

This was my second visit to this location. I usually go to Nissan South in Morrow. Each visit was 4 hours long unnecessarily. After the first 2 hours the service rep comes and gives update And advises of o to Nissan South in Morrow. Each visit was 4 hours long unnecessarily. After the first 2 hours the service rep comes and gives update And advises of other services that are needed and assured me that they will be done shortly. And 2 hours later I’m still waiting. Ridiculous service at that location. Then it takes forever to get checked out. I will not be returning to that location. 4 hours for a tire balance! More
