I then decided to drive down from Fountain Hills to the see the vehicle first hand, Que was busy with another customer, so Danny stepped in to make sure I was taken care of. We decided not to make the purchase that day. The next day I brought my wife to test drive the vehicle. My wife and I still could not pull the trigger because we were curious about an Audi at another dealership in Tempe. And by the way, never did we feel pressured or get hassled in the parking lot, which was a welcome change in the car buying process. Finally, we had decided to return to CBB to buy the BMW. Followed up, and when I told him I wasn't going to make a decision to buy for several months he respected my needs, didn't try to convince me to buy now. Once I was ready, I visited him again and he showed us nearly every SUV on the lot to find the right one. I couldn't be happier with my BMW or the CBB price. It's nice to shop a dealership that prices cars fairly and lets you know the real price at the beginning. Don't look here if you need to waste hours fighting over price. More
