I enjoyed working with Moses Martinez. He is unlike the vast majority of car salesmen. Most salesmen today rely on high pressure and stupid sales gimmicks that waste time, and quite frankl He is unlike the vast majority of car salesmen. The dealership was clean and all workers were very professional. Moses was very knowledgeable and good at multitasking because he was helping several customers at one time. I did feel rushed with my transaction and promises of an after purchase explanation of vehicle operation and features did not happen. Compliments were given about how 'smart' I was and I was left to drive off in my new vehicle while Moses attended to his next customer. My sales experience was great, no complaints at all. Where my experience became a little odd was when i asked for a 2” level kit through their custom department. The guy who runs the department apparently was refusing to communicate with me, the only reason i didnt cancel my service is because my salesman Moses was willing to act as an intermediary... Shame because i would of probably bought tires too at same time, along with a few other parts i am now going to install myself. More
