WoW!!!!!!! SO Came in today on February 2nd. My husband and I were just looking around at other dealerships ... This one in particular came to first.. we came to SO Came in today on February 2nd. My husband and I were just looking around at other dealerships ... This one in particular came to first.. we came to look at 3 vehicles.. walking in immediately We were approached by Morris Walker!!!! He was wonderful, very Friendly, and seemed be very genuine.. I new and felt I was at the right place from the start! We went out to test drive a 2013 Buick .. I fell in love with it right away! Moving forward we came in to talk numbers and it was then I had the opportunity to meet Bernie Gonzalez.... We talked just for a moment and I still had the amazing feeling that I was at the right place and the customer service that both Morris and Bernie had given me made me feel like I was at the right place and buying the right vehicle... I highly recommend coming in and checking the place out.... Although I didnt have the opportunity to meet others in the dealer Ship everyone had a smiling face and wonderful personalities ... oxygen sensor repair on car recently purchased I bought a used car at Jim Ellis GMC a few weeks ago. On the WAY HOME, the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and spoke to my sales I bought a used car at Jim Ellis GMC a few weeks ago. On the WAY HOME, the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and spoke to my salesman. He was eager to help and make me happy. I brought the car back a few days later (I do not live near Buford), and the staff at Jim Ellis made the repair with no additional cost for me. It needed a new oxygen sensor. I am very pleased with my customer experience. In particular, Morris Walker, Bernie Gonzalez and Chris Stout were exceptionally helpful. More

Pick another dealer! The dealership was great. They even gave me a discount on the price of the car, so that I could afford gap insurance. Would definitely recommend. The dealership was great. Still waiting on response from dealer a month later! They were great until I paid for the car. No response after! More
