Everybody is happy to be working there and it shows in the fantastic service from all the folks that work there. Although Danny Ruiz is my salesman, all the salesmen say "hi Steve" , when ever I go there. That's how friendly a place it is. Danny is a low keyed GREAT salesperson and I would not buy a Jaguar from anyone but him. Morgan Kin is the financial person there. I see her after each car that I buy to do all the paperwork. She is very efficient and makes sure that I have all coverage and warrantees that I need. Also very low key sales person. I feel that I am in good hands with her. The service dept has a wonderful team to work with. I worked with Josh McKenzie over the years and since he has been promoted I work Melanie Perry. Both excellent technicians as well as friendly service people. Missy is the service receptionist and is a nice person to deal with. Candy and Noreen are the receptionists who answer the phone when I call in and are very pleasant people, making a very good impression on new potential buyers who call in. I consider all the people that work with Brian to be my friends. Feel extremely comfortable each time I go to the dealership. Sometimes I just drop in just to say hello to my friends. This was more then I had ever expected from a GM. His sales associate Samantha was really great to work with. In making my choice of vehicle to purchase, Samantha was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and did a really great job. Samantha kept me posted with the process and found all the answers to every question that I had and never kept me in the dark. I immediately felt comfortable with him and his level of integrity while just speaking with him on the telephone. He made me feel comfortable and as a result, I drove over an hour (right past my local dealership) to meet with him and test drive the vehicle. His main concern throughout the process was that I liked the vehicle and that I was comfortable driving it. I felt no pressure at any time and feel that I received a great deal! I have made several car purchases over the years, and I usually feel I have to fight for a good deal. Not at this dealership! The financial portion of of the process was surprisingly enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoy my car and will undoubtedly purchase again at Jaguar Fort Myers. More
