The next day to my pleasure Morgan took the time to take a small video and send it personally to my email pointing out some of the highlights of my future new car. This was a first time I experienced a service that was so thoughtful, innovative and yet simplistic, it says volumes to the young sales rep who sent it to me. When Morgan and I arranged a time to meet, he was what I would of expected from a sales person, informative, knowledgeable, polite and to my delight passionate about his trade...Great job Morgan. When I walked through the doors of Finch Morgan Crosbie was right there to take charge and help me in finding a new vehicle. I told him everything I was looking for from brand, price, and features. He gave me a couple different suggestions that were appropriate and fit into the description. I never felt pressured into looking at cars that weren't what I was looking for. His time management was exceptional and I had the car I was looking for in no time. I went to a couple other dealerships but no one sold me a car like Morgan Crosbie did. I love my new Cadillac CTS and I have him to thank for it. I really appreciate all the hard work and effort he put into finding me the right vehicle. New Acadia Purchase My wife and I just purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia through Morgan Crosbie and were more than satisfied with the professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge My wife and I just purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia through Morgan Crosbie and were more than satisfied with the professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge that Morgan displayed as we worked through the process. I was recommended to Morgan by my Son who had dealt with him recently, ultimately didn't buy a GM product but felt we should contact Morgan for GM products as he felt Morgan had been extremely helpful at the time. As I researched the different vehicles that we were interested in, Morgan was the only salesperson, from any dealership, that constantly kept in touch after our initial contact, provided all the information I was looking for and if he wasn't sure he went and found the answers. Both my wife and I feel very comfortable with the decision we made to purchase from Finch/Morgan and can only hope that this carries on over the life of the vehicle.
