Oil change / address issue windshield cowling buckling While there the oil change representative brought to my attention the need to have alignment check. So I purchased the life time alignment package. While there the oil change representative brought to my attention the need to have alignment check. So I purchased the life time alignment package. After I left the dealership I noticed that the print out of the alignment preformed still had a red indication of left front alignment was still in the red while all the others showed a green indication . I returned to the dealership today to have them explain why I still had one red indication on the print out. I was told that I would have to speak to a service advisor about that issue. So since I'm waiting for appt. To replace the cowling the service advisor stated we would address the issue when I bring the vehicle in. More

Superior Service !!!!!! Had to bring my truck in for 60,000 mile maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and the mechanic found a problem I wasn't aware of but I had heard a s Had to bring my truck in for 60,000 mile maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and the mechanic found a problem I wasn't aware of but I had heard a slight noise during a cold crank and didn't know what it was. Thanks to the mechanic for bringing it to my Service Advisory's attention. Could have caused me a bigger problem later on. My Service Advisor is wonderful, and the mechanic did a great job on my truck, he had to work on it 2 days but that's Ok. It's done!! Sir Ramster is now running like a HEMI champ again! Thank you ! More
