Very disappointed in this dealership I’ve used for 25 years by so many vehicles here. Finance has dinged my credit six times just for one vehicle. No callbacks no respect of your time. Took a manager years by so many vehicles here. Finance has dinged my credit six times just for one vehicle. No callbacks no respect of your time. Took a manager to get Ramsey to call me for customer service mgr had to get him on the phone, then he didn’t know when he could call me back because he didn’t know how the customer level would be. This is been the most unprofessional chaos of a sale I’ve ever dealt with in my life. More

The body shop did awesome work on my Jeep Renegade, after being in an accident. I was pleased with them taking their time in making sure my Jeep was probably put back properly. It didn’t matter after awhile, being in an accident. I was pleased with them taking their time in making sure my Jeep was probably put back properly. It didn’t matter after awhile, that it took longer than I expected. The body shop kept me informed and didn’t mind me checking on my Jeep. They were all kind and understanding. After they finished fixing the damages, my Jeep looked brand new. It ran effectively, if any issues occurred, after they finished. They took it back and serviced It and fixed any issues. More
