He showed us several cars , explaining everything about them as he showed us all the features. When we settled on the 2006 Honda CRV, Mr. Sultan took us through the purchasing process very efficiently. In the office, we were greeted by the Owner, Mike, who was very friendly and welcoming. Our meeting with the Financial Officer,David, was also very professional and efficient. He was also very welcoming and friendly. We were given an exceptionally good deal on the Honda and left very satisfied. We love Hillside Honda and have purchased several cars from them and will continue to do so in the future. More

Horrible sales person!!! Lack of customer service skills. On 08/29/2015 I walked in to Hillside Honda dealer in hopes of trading in my Honda accord for Honda CRV. Mohamed Sultan, so called "sales executive" w On 08/29/2015 I walked in to Hillside Honda dealer in hopes of trading in my Honda accord for Honda CRV. Mohamed Sultan, so called "sales executive" was trying to get this deal through. On the get go Mohamed let my husband know that he doesn't like him, even before getting a chance to speak to him. I let this go until Mohamed Sultan told my husband and I that he won't speak to his manager about giving us the price we want for the car until I sign a statement that I am serious about buying and until I present him with my credit card. Really? Money hungry, lacking customer service skills or common sense sales people. I was ready to get the car immediately and I made Mohammad aware of that. I told him what I want but instead of focusing on his job he decided to focus and complain about my long and complicated last name and how much he was annoyed that he had to type it few times. I will never bring business to Hillside Honda nor will I get another Honda car in my life. Long story short, you get what you pay for. More
