Let me start off by saying I love my 2019 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring. I was told by a previous buyer to purchase my CX5 from Lou Fusz because of their hassle free sales. This was something I was looking for s Touring. I was told by a previous buyer to purchase my CX5 from Lou Fusz because of their hassle free sales. This was something I was looking for since I knew what I wanted and was not willing to budge. Each time I went to the dealership I was greeted with warmth and offered a beverage. I noticed how everybody worked together!! The salesman I worked with during my search was Jamel Gipson and he made for the perfect salesman for me. 1. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want. 2. Very patient (3 months) 3. Never pushed me just to make a sale 4. Contacted me as soon as new inventory came in. 5. Showed integrity 6. Kept me within my budget 7. Very determined (I had a lot of NO's) After 3 trips, Jamel Gipson connected me with my new love with the help of his sales associate Moe Daoud. . I almost missed out on my CX5 as I wanted Jamel to be there to finalize my purchase, (out of town) since he had worked with me for several months. Moe reminded me that Jamel was more concerned with me getting the car that I wanted over him getting the sale. (Someone else had come in at the same time interested in my CX5.) This is the vibe I got from Jamel the entire time I worked with him...quality over quantity. For this reason alone I'm recommending everyone to Jamel Gipson and Lou Fusz Mazda. More

We had an excellent experience buying a used Mazda3 at Lou Fuz Mazda. Moe was so nice and helpful. We appreciated all his help. He made sure the car was cleaned and ready to go. I travel for a living, I knew exactly what I wanted so between Nate & MOE, not only did they find it for me and bring it to their location which was theThe most convenient for me they even had all the paperwork pre-done in advance over the phone and online for me so it took the minimal amount of time in the shop to get in and out and buy my new car. I’m already arranging to trade in my sons car and have another purchase they are an A team!!! More

Test drive vehicles in town and on highway! I love the vehicle I purchased but did not drive it on the highway until the drive home 5 hours away. I paid a $500.00 service bill to flush the transmission and service it. Now it runs fine! They dropped the price of the vehicle more than that before I bought it. I was told they were not aware of the torc converter issue yet it was inspected and driven by the staff before I found the vehicle for sale. Just ask all the right questions. I blame myself for not being more diligent. Overall I would purchase from them again! I would just be more thorough next time. More
