He was the only salesman that we would work with because of our previous experience. He is very professional and spent time showing us many trucks with the options we wanted. He never pressure and answered all our questions. He showed us the Kelley blue book value for the trade in and the various programs available. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining everything there was to know and gave us privacy time to discuss our decision. He set us up with Dave who also exhibited integrity and worked with us through the finance and explained all the other options available. Mo arranged the service for our car to get the poly steel treatment with a rental, also follow through with the registration and sticker. If you looking to buy a car , the only salesman you should see is Mo Alomar. He is the best!! More

Excellent and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. No pressure. Everyone at the dealership was always well informed, courteous, friendly and professional. We appreciated all their help even though we asked the same questions many times. Everything was explained to our satisfaction and we were glad everyone was patient with us. Moe and Omar were great to work with because of their easy going personalities. I have known Moe for more than 15 years beginning at the Milford Dealership. I spoke to him at length and knew he would work with me to get the type of automobile that I wanted at a reasonable price. And he did. THANK YOU MOE!!! More

Frustrating Chris and Mo were great ! They were no pressure and very knowledgeable. I feel the dealership was at fault not having a title for all the cars they ar Chris and Mo were great ! They were no pressure and very knowledgeable. I feel the dealership was at fault not having a title for all the cars they are trying to sell. While I feel Chris and Mo tried their best to be helpful , it seemed that the "dealership" was not caring or sympathetic to me having to wait three weeks to solve a problem. It would have been nice if they were more responsive or willing to take more off the deal for having to wait so long. I had to get a different car. More

Amazing Experience with Mo Alomar Mo Alomar is one of the best car salesman i have dealt with. He was very easy to talk to and not intimidating. I am an 18 year old kid so I have been Mo Alomar is one of the best car salesman i have dealt with. He was very easy to talk to and not intimidating. I am an 18 year old kid so I have been to dealers that treat me as a child but with Mo he treated me like a man and fairly even though i was young. He helped me get in my 2013 Toyota Corolla and i love it. After an easy buying process Mo gave me a 25 dollar gift card to eat at the Little Miss Mendon Diner which was amazing. After my meal after the car was cleaned and serviced, Mo showed me around the car and how to use the blue tooth and how to open the trunk and everything else i need to know about the car. Overall my experience was phenomenal and i will definitely be back for my next car. More

Great Customer Service Bruce D'ambra, and the rest of the Imperial Chevy staff made my truck purchase a very pleasant and easy one. Bruce, the sales manager, personally made Bruce D'ambra, and the rest of the Imperial Chevy staff made my truck purchase a very pleasant and easy one. Bruce, the sales manager, personally made sure I was happy with the vehicle and the price. Ahmad, the finance manager, was great about helping me decide what warranties and add-ons would be worth while for me to purchase. The salesman, Mo, had my vehicle all registered and cleaned next day for me to take home. I will definitely be back! More

Worst Dealer I have Ever Dealt With If you are looking for a great dealer, run far, far away from Imperial Chevrolet. I initially went there after seeing their Chevy Silverado’s on Cars If you are looking for a great dealer, run far, far away from Imperial Chevrolet. I initially went there after seeing their Chevy Silverado’s on Cars.com. They had the 2017 LT model listed for $31,860 with the MSRP at $45,525, so I made an appointment. Of course when I get there, they pull the classic “bait & switch” on me and I of course I do not qualify for any of their nonsensical rebates, incentives, etc. The price the salesperson (Mo Alomar) gives me is about $42,000, which is out of my price range. I decided to look at used vehicles. I found a 2015 that I liked and eventually purchased for $35,000 (they were asking $36,800). A couple of days later, I ran a google search on the VIN and much to my surprise I came across a TruCar cached ad for my vehicle selling for $29,990! Well, needless to say, I was not happy. I emailed the sales manager (Tim) with this information (as well as some other complaints regarding minor issues with the vehicle, see below…) and he called me and offered to buy back my truck and put me in a cheaper one. So, I go down again and deal with the same sales person. I see I another 2015 with less mileage and more options for $30,444 (internet price). Now you would think that buying this truck, which is about $4500 less than the original truck I bought would make my payments go down. Nope! In fact, they tried to up my payments by $10! I fought with the finance guy and he finally managed to magically knock the payment down. Now keep in mind, the financing was at the same rate/time and with the same bank for the first deal. Now, I will complain about the other irritating things, which seem relatively minor compared to being ripped off: The first truck: -There were white wax dots all over the body. I was told they would eventually wear off -The battery was leaking. The mechanic told me that was normal! -The truck shakes when applying the brakes from 50mph or more The second truck: -There was dog hair all over the back seats -This truck shakes when applying the brakes from 50mph or more -The oil only has 60% life left These issues may sound minor, but when you just were ripped off, they seem much worse. The test drive never went over 40mph, so I never noticed the brake problems. Oh, then they sent me a survey and I honestly filled it out. Guess what, I never heard back so here is the review I promised. More
