My last visit to Toyota left me frustrated and disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out late disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. I found this out later after I got home. The service advisor never said anything. My daughter drives this car and she lives in xx Paul, so it's difficult to bring the car to xx Cloud. It would be nice if I was told how bad the alignment was (they were brand new tires put on at this same dealership this past Fall.) I could have had them aligned while the vehicle was there. More

Mo was very helpful in scheduling what service I actually needed and also in determining whether a prepaid service contract would be useful for me. Bottom line--it wouldn't be. They triedd charging a diagnostic fee; when I got the vehicle repaired there. Everyone knows, the diagnostic fee is only charged; when they diagnose the vehicle, and you don't have any of the problems re vehicle repaired there. Everyone knows, the diagnostic fee is only charged; when they diagnose the vehicle, and you don't have any of the problems repaired there. They qouted me $310; then suddenly that same exact repair when up to $510; because they added all these additional fee's. I had to get a manager, and it was lowered to 254.00, and that's what my receipt said; but I received an email saying i was charged 255.00 More

I am so disgusted by my experience. My Prius needed a head gasket replaced, but the shop would only consider a vastly more expensive new engine replacement. Replacing the head gasket is a widely experienced by customers for this model of Prius because they commonly wear out because the internal combustion engine is frequently stopping and restarting to charge the battery. The car was running fine and there was no indication of any engine problem other than the very recent head gasket coolant leak. An honest shop would have provided the option of a head gasket replacement instead of having a money-grab policy of replacing the engine for $11,600 as the only fix offered or trading in the car. More

unfortunately my car was not vacuumed as I had asked. also did not receive a car wash as I was asked if I wanted one. I requested a shuttle when I arrived & stated I had another appointment to get to but also did not receive a car wash as I was asked if I wanted one.
