This can be the most painful part of a car purchase, but like Mitch, he was non-intimidating, and friendly. This helped us to make an informed final decision. Finance manager Rich was also tremendous. He explained everything fully to us and left us no doubt about the process. He pointed out the various options available and let us decide what’s best for us without pressuring on what to add.I would definitely recommend Brewster Subaru to people I know in the future.
