My decision to buy a car was narrowed down to 3 different manufactures and Mirtch was the deciding factor. I also enjoyed working with Rich Johnson. He was so well informed in the financing side of the dealership. He really made me feel that my Subarau buying decision was the right one. Although it wasn't necessary, he offered to and did pick me up from another dealer where I was dropping off my old leased vehicle. I was very pleased with Mitch's assistance through the leasing process and the overall experience. I'm a weekender, and the I really appreciated the fact that Brewster Subaru is open on certain Sundays. I don't think Mitch was scheduled to work on the Sunday I picked up my car, but he came in to accommodate my schedule.
