These guys work like a team!!! I contacted the dealership about a car I found online. I received an email right away telling me the car was onsite and available. I made an appointment to see it that day after work. We drove that car, but it was more car than I needed, and Marquette suggested another vehicle, we looked and drove, and I liked it. My credit had some to be desired, but Mitch and Danny worked with me to find the best deal I could get AND Danny helped me with my insurance as well, as I didn't have insurance to transfer over. It was late, well after closing, and while I was signing my paperwork, Marquette was out washing my car for me so that I didn't have to drive home a dirty car!!! When I am in need of another car ... I know who to see!! More

He procured my Jeep from a different dealership, and it was in pristine conditions when I arrived. Ace was my salesman that helped with paperwork and the most informative test drive I've ever had. Ace lives the Jeep Life, and knew everything about the Wrangler I purchased. There was no question too small (or large) that he couldn't answer quickly and honestly. Finance was handled with Mitch and he made it a very clear and easy process. He explained the documents I was signing clearly and concisely, and was professional and courteous the entire time. I've never had a more satisfying experience buying a vehicle from a dealership, and I believe that was due to Justin, Ace and Mitch! More

Best car buying experience. I started my car buying experience online thru AARP, where I was contacted by multiple dealerships. I talked to each of the dealerships and narrowed I started my car buying experience online thru AARP, where I was contacted by multiple dealerships. I talked to each of the dealerships and narrowed it down to 2. I knew what I wanted to pay, and what I could afford to pay at this time, and asked both dealerships if they could come up with a deal for that price. Mitch, from Ourisman gave me a price, over the phone, and guaranteed there wouldn’t be any surprises. He informed me that there wouldn’t be any surprises. He did say if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty or maintance package, then that would be extra. The other deal told me that I should come in, and give them a chance to match the price. I went to the other dealer, and they informed me that they couldn’t match the price, and told me that oursiman couldn’t possibly give me the vehicle at that price, and told me they had that the figure was definitely not the bottom line price. I went to ourisman, met with Mitch, and he told me that the price he gave me was the out of door price, and he already had the paperwork written up. I took the car for a test drive, Mitch explained the vehicle to me, then we made the deal. No surprises. Mitch was great to work with. No surprises, no games, and he kept his word. When I went into the finance office, they offered me the warranty and maintenance, but I declined, and that was it. Dana, the finance manager, wasn’t too pushy. Then I signed the paperwork, they got my Jeep cleaned and ready to go. I couldn’t ask anymore from a dealership. Great price, they stood by there word, didn’t play any games, and got me out as soon as they could. This is one of the most positive experiences I encountered at a dealership. Thank you Mitch and Dana for a positive experience. More

He quickly worked out exactly what I wanted and gave me his best price, which ended up being even lower than the price I had planned to negotiate. He's very responsive in terms of answering questions and keeping you up to date on the status of your purchase (in my case I'm doing a factory order). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mitch to ANYONE who's interested in purchasing a Chrysler/Jeep vehicle. More
