Prior to joining Exeter Subaru, I was in the footwear and sporting goods business. I was able set myself apart through a commitment to customer service, ethical business practices and listening to the needs of the customer. My customers ran the entire range of retail operations from Wal-Mart to Nordstrom and all manner of “mom and pop” businesses. My family and I call Rockport Massachusetts home today. Something about New England must appeal to me as I have lived here four different times over four decades. I was in the “Subaru cult” prior to joining Exeter Subaru. I fell in love with the performance of my Forester in the nor’easters and blizzards. I had posted my resume on the internet and never considered selling cars before. When these guys called me, I thought… “hmmm, excellent brand, superior product…yes!" It's a great team here.

Well worth the trip! After dealing with metro Boston area dealerships, I came across Exeter. Jimmy, Mitch and Eileen were all great to work with, going anywhere else is just waste of time...and patience. My car is only a few days old but the next one will be another Subaru and it will be from Exeter. More

Easy, honest, friendly, fair We worked with Mitch and Dan when purchasing our 2019 Subaru Outback. Mitch was awesome--not your stereotypical car salesman. He was honest, genuine, We worked with Mitch and Dan when purchasing our 2019 Subaru Outback. Mitch was awesome--not your stereotypical car salesman. He was honest, genuine, and incredibly helpful. It was clear that we were his priority. He worked with Dan to negotiate the price and package; we are happy with our purchasing experience. Eileen was also very helpful, friendly, and patient during the purchasing process. The car we wanted wasn't on the lot, so we had to come back a couple days later once our car arrived. Unfortunately, we were driving our new car off the lot when we realized that it didn't have a moon roof, which we specifically wanted. All of the test drives we did had a moon roof, but Mitch didn't realize that we were wanting a moon roof--we said we didn't want the navigation package, which we didn't realize includes the moon roof. Mitch felt awful and took full responsibility for the mix-up... We had already been at the dealership for hours, it was getting late, and we were starving and ready for dinner; so, we just took the car as is. We understand that things like this can happen, and we don't think any lesser of Mitch--we still recommend him. But we were bummed to not have a moon roof--and that is what we had in mind as we were negotiating the price. We later worked with Kayland and Jimmy to "make things right"--obviously you can't add a moon roof to the car, so we got a good deal on another accessory of our choice. Kayland and Jimmy made this process easy and enjoyable. More

Superb experience I began my search for new cars online. I spoke to and emailed Kayland to find out about special offers and to compare several Subarus with each other I began my search for new cars online. I spoke to and emailed Kayland to find out about special offers and to compare several Subarus with each other. She was so friendly, helpful, down to earth and professional. She gave me confidence that I would be treated well. My husband and I met Mitch when we went to the dealership. I can't say enough good things about him. He was gracious, professional, helpful, extremely attentive over the next several weeks. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

Excellent no pressure dealership with a calm environment. Mitch and Eileen were excellent to work with. I felt no pressure whatsoever and we moved at a pace I was comfortable with. I was not entirely able to get the price I wanted, but in no way does that reflect on the professionalism and courteous manner of the employees. I feel I got a fair price for the car I wanted. They were very accommodating in my request to get a third party inspection prior to agreeing to purchase the car. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Exeter Subaru and plan to purchase cars from there in the future. More

Superb Experience Mitch was very welcoming & cordial when we entered the dealership. My wife and I had researched and informed ourselves quite a bit before going in to Mitch was very welcoming & cordial when we entered the dealership.
