PM - Oil and Tires Was in an out in a hour. Needed Oil change and tire pressure/rotation. Everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. Waiting area is neat and clean Was in an out in a hour. Needed Oil change and tire pressure/rotation. Everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. Waiting area is neat and clean with beverages and television to help you pass the time. Love working with Misty. More

Problems at first, but fixed in the end I had a bit of an issue reaching a person in service department, after emails, calls I finally received a call from the Manager Randy who got me conne I had a bit of an issue reaching a person in service department, after emails, calls I finally received a call from the Manager Randy who got me connected to Paul and Paul connected me to Misty. Quite some work to reach someone by phone. Especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about cars. I wanted to make sure the service department knew my concerns (did I need all the repairs on 60K list/cost). When I went in the next day to drop off my car with Misty, nothing but efficient. Misty was professional and advised that she would call me when my car was done and she did about midday. So, ultimately difficult communication period at first, but when I reached out to Randy (Manager) he assured me that they would take care of me and my car. Also offered a discount for my trouble. In the end it worked out and I will probably reach out to Misty right away next time I need repairs on my car. More
